Planning decor for large events take lots of time to design and execute so the sooner you can book the better to confirm our availability and that we are able to obtain necessary balloon colors/sizes. We strongly encourage booking at least 30 days in advance to avoid being disappointed that we are unavailable or unable to create your vision with the materials we have in stock. If your event date is more than 30 days away and you have an event location but are not exactly sure what type of balloon décor you would want to order, you can reserve your date with a $200 deposit and we can figure out the details later!

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date, and we will be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking within  (subject to our availability). Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.

We do not have a price list or catalogue. Please let us know what you have in mind for your event and what your budget is so we can provide you with options. 

Yes we offer several different styles of backdrop rentals with our balloon garlands from backdrop stands with curtains to wood paneling as well as ring framed backdrops. If there is something you have in mind that is not pictured, let us know!

A 50% deposit must be received within 3 days of when the price quote was given to secure booking. If no deposit is received within 3 days, we will reopen our calendar for that date/timeframe to consider other bookings.

If event is less than 30 days from quote date, then full payment is required to secure booking. 

Yes, we offer the following:

• Custom vinyl for balloons and/or backdrop panels
• Custom cardstock cutouts for backdrops
• Foil balloon accents such as letters/numbers/shapes

Yes, once the required 50% deposit is obtained. If you would like a mock-up before booking the fee is $50.00 but keep an open mind that the final installation may not match exactly to the mock-up.
